• If you are a first-time buyer, I'll cover the basic step-by-step process of buying a home (or if you've purchased homes in the past I'll provide an update on the changes since your last home purchase).
• Help you determine the type of home, price range and area that best fits your needs
• Arrange tours of the homes that meet your criteria
• Discuss motivation and value perceptions in the general marketplace
• Once we find the right home, I will do a market analysis to help you determine its market value
• Together we'll structure, write and subsequently negotiate a purchase contract
• Guide you through the Inspection process
• Coordinate with the mortgage, title and escrow companies to make certain everything is done in a timely manner so that we close without problems
